Using DigiThat’s website, examples and preparation tools.

About DigiThat
DigiThat is operated by Robin Custance in Adelaide, South Australia. Contact robin@digithat.com.au about these terms, an enquiry or a concern. Our privacy notice explains information handling.
Exploring and enquiring
You can explore the website, prepare a brief and ask about a makeover without agreeing to a paid website build. Sending an enquiry, saving a checklist or requesting an assisted draft does not itself approve project costs or authorise a launch. We will agree the work and its price before starting a paid build.
Fictional examples and personalised concepts
The seven demonstration businesses are fictional design studies. Their bookings, shopping baskets, newsletter forms and similar prototype interactions do not create real appointments, subscriptions, purchases or payments. Example prices, availability, people and claims illustrate a design; they are not offers from real businesses or evidence of client results.
A personalised concept prepared for a prospective client is an initial idea for review, not a replacement for the existing live website. It may use incomplete public information and needs the business’s review. Our examples show possibilities; the scope, design, wording and features of a paid project are agreed for that business.
Checklists and example wording
Preparation tools help organise information. Example text is not a statement of facts about your business: fill in the bracketed details, remove anything unsuitable and review the final wording. You can leave unknown items blank. Saving progress on a device is not a submission to DigiThat and is not a backup guarantee. Keep your own copy of information you need.
Assisted preparation and AI
With your permission, we can use the public website you provide and AI assistance to prepare a draft setup checklist. This optional service is available to prospects and independent visitors. Research and AI output can contain mistakes, omissions or outdated information; The DigiThat team reviews the draft and you can confirm or correct it.
Please allow up to 48 hours (usually much sooner) for us to gather the information and prepare your draft checklist. We’ll aim to get it back to you as soon as possible. If information is unavailable or clarification is needed, we will explain what is missing. This preparation estimate is not a promised website launch date.
Permission for this task does not approve fees, account access, changes to your current website or launch. The website does not currently provide automatic AI email processing or a private client portal. You can ask to complete the preparation without AI, or withdraw permission for future assisted work.
Project scope and approvals
A paid project needs a separate agreement covering its deliverables, price, payment stages, revisions, timing, responsibilities, third-party costs, ongoing support and any cancellation arrangements. A request for extra work is discussed and agreed before the extra work starts. An enquiry, checklist answer or demonstration interaction is not a substitute for that agreement.
Account changes, domain transfers and launch need appropriate authorisation from the business. A client’s review helps confirm business facts and preferences; it does not remove DigiThat’s responsibility to provide services with the care required by law.
Materials and permissions
Please supply only text, images, logos and other material you own or have permission to use, and tell us about any licence restrictions or necessary permissions. We will agree the use and ownership of project materials in the project agreement. Supplying material for an enquiry does not give us unrestricted permission to publish it or use it for unrelated marketing.
Please ask before reusing DigiThat branding, artwork or example-site assets. Rights and licences vary by asset; generated imagery is not a promise of exclusive rights or suitability for every use. Links to third-party sites do not transfer rights in their material.
Using the site responsibly
Do not use these forms to impersonate someone, submit unlawful material, send malicious files, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Do not enter passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, transfer codes, payment card details or private customer records. We arrange suitable account invitations or private handover separately.
Results and external services
Website improvements can support a business, but no particular sales, enquiry volume, search ranking or revenue result is promised by these examples. Results depend on factors beyond a website’s design. Any specific performance commitment must be agreed expressly and remains subject to applicable law.
Hosting, domain, email, booking, payment and other external providers have their own services and terms. Their charges, account ownership and responsibilities should be identified in the project agreement. This does not remove our responsibility for work we undertake.
Your Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of liability or a blanket “no refunds” rule.
Questions and resolving concerns
Please contact Robbie with the project or enquiry reference and a description of the issue so we can work towards a resolution. You remain free to use any complaint process, regulator, tribunal or court available to you under applicable law.
Changes to these website terms
The current version is dated above. Changes to this page do not retrospectively change an agreed project contract or replace a permission we need to obtain from you.
