A clearer picture of what’s working.
See how people discover DigiThat, what they explore and which visits lead to an enquiry. Use the patterns to make the next improvement a useful one.
Reports open securely in Google. Sign in with a Google account that has access to DigiThat website. Your DigiThat admin password is separate.
Visitors & trends
Open the overview for active users, views and trends. Compare equivalent date ranges before drawing conclusions.

See activity from the past 30 minutes. Zero can simply mean nobody has visited and allowed analytics recently.
Open RealtimeEnquiries & email clicks
An acknowledged enquiry records generate_lead. An email-link click records contact_email_click; a click does not prove an email was sent.
Start with three useful questions
- Where do visitors come from? In the overview, choose “View traffic acquisition”. Compare search, referrals and direct visits.
- Which pages help people take the next step? Choose “View pages and screens”. Look at Contact and the approach alongside the homepage.
- Are enquiries improving? Compare key events over time, then use real conversations and client outcomes to judge quality.
This page is a reporting hub, not a live copy of your Google charts. No statistics are invented, cached here or read from your mailbox.
What is measured
- Selected public pages on digithat.com.au, after the visitor allows analytics.
- Page views, acknowledged enquiries and email-link clicks.
- Page URLs without query strings or fragments; referring websites without their private paths.
Admin screens, signed-in team views, local Track, private previews, embedded previews and makeover demonstrations are excluded. Visitors who decline, block analytics or never choose are not included.
What stays private
Names, email addresses, enquiry messages, checklist answers and prospect records are not included in the custom analytics events.
Visitors can change their choice using Analytics choices in the public footer. Advertising consent stays denied. Enhanced measurement is deliberately off to avoid automatic collection from forms and links.

Use a signed-out visitor session, choose Allow analytics, and view a public page before looking in Realtime. Signed-in staff activity is deliberately excluded. Consent choices and blockers mean Analytics is not a count of every visitor.
Google’s normal reports can take time to process. A lead event confirms website acknowledgement, not inbox delivery or a won client. A real enquiry-to-report test remains a separate check; no test message is sent by opening this page.
