PRIVACY & YOUR CHOICES

Your visit.
Your information.

How your information is used when you visit DigiThat.

No account. No advertising trackers.

This version has no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party fonts added by DigiThat. Netlify hosts this website and may process ordinary request logs when serving pages. External links have their own policies.

Choices saved in your browser

The theme setting is stored as digithat-theme. Saved and completed lessons use digithat-playbook-v1. These remain in this browser and are not sent to DigiThat or synced across devices. Clear learning progress from the playbook page, or remove site storage through your browser settings.

The showcase uses an example and device selection in the page URL so a particular view can be reopened. Quiz answers and self-check answers are not sent anywhere or stored by the application.

The story gallery remembers your last business choice in this browser for 30 days. This only stores a business category and expiry time; it is not sent to DigiThat. A direct story link takes priority. Clear site storage to reset this preference.

The Copperleaf winery example separately remembers its light/dark theme as copperleaf-theme. Its tasting request and the venue viewing request remain only on the current page and are cleared on reload. Neither demonstration sends a request.

The Copperleaf art gallery keeps only artwork choices, sizes, finishes and quantities in this tab’s session storage. Completing the demo clears its basket. Sample checkout contact details and gift notes stay on the current page, are not saved and are never sent. No order or payment is created.

The Northline fit-out example remembers only its theme as northline-theme. Its project brief stays on the current page, clears on reload and sends no enquiry or quotation request.

The Bigger Picture stays in your browser

Your answers and reviewed brief use this tab’s session storage. They are not sent to an AI service or to DigiThat. Browser recovery can restore a tab after a restart. Use “Reset this activity” to clear this questionnaire’s saved state, or clear site storage in your browser.

You can edit the brief before copying, saving or printing it. Only the reviewed text goes into those exports. Choosing to take it to contact creates a same-tab handoff that expires after 24 hours. On contact, you explicitly choose whether to add it to your message. Changing an answer requires renewed review; nothing is sent automatically. Private answers and brief text never belong in a page address.

The conversation form is an email draft

Typing into the contact form does not submit your information to a server. “Prepare my email” creates a draft on the page. “Open email app” opens an addressed email without your private message in its link. Copy the reviewed draft, paste it into your email app and press Send there. Your email provider then processes that message under its own terms.

Do not include passwords, payment details, private customer records or other sensitive material. Contact Robin Custance at robin@digithat.com.au about information you have chosen to send.

Images and example businesses

The business names and pages in the makeover showcase are fictional design studies based on supplied visual references. They are not customer endorsements or evidence of commercial outcomes. The founder photographs were supplied and approved by Robin Custance. Story and prototype images include generated imagery; fictional businesses are not presented as clients.

Hosting and external services

DigiThat is hosted on Netlify. No enquiry-processing service or payment service is connected to the demonstration forms. Links to other websites and your email app follow the policies of those services.

Your Bigger Picture draft

Answers stay in your browser while you prepare your brief. Progress is kept in the current tab. If you choose “Save my draft on this device”, a copy is also saved in this browser so you can return later. Untick that choice or reset the activity to remove the saved device copy. Do not use device saving on a shared computer.

Nothing is sent to Robbie or an AI service as you answer. You review the brief, choose whether to include it in your enquiry, then copy and send the prepared message using your email app. No message is sent automatically.
