Maison Élise is a fictional salon concept created by DigiThat to demonstrate website design, imagery, interaction and a sample booking journey. It is not an offer from an operating Maison Élise salon unless a future production version identifies the real operator.

2. Demonstration booking

The booking journey does not make an appointment, reserve a time, send a request, create an account or take payment. Displayed times are samples.

3. Illustrative services and prices

Services, prices, durations, availability and policies are illustrative and are not a quote, current price list or promise of availability. A production salon should state actual prices, inclusions, consultation/deposit requirements and circumstances in which price may vary.

4. Images and fictional content

People pictured are AI-generated and do not depict real clients or stylists. Testimonials, reviews, ratings, awards, results or biographies must not be presented as real unless genuine, authorised and substantiated.

5. General information

Hair-care information is general and is not a substitute for an in-person assessment by an appropriately trained professional.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or submit confidential/sensitive information through demonstration fields.

7. Intellectual property

Website design, copy, branding concepts and demonstration assets may be protected by intellectual-property rights. The fictional Maison Élise name does not promise that a name or mark is available for commercial registration or use.

8. External services

External sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Production booking, payment, email, SMS, mapping or social-media relationships should be represented accurately.

9. Australian consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, remedy or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

10. Demonstration status

This website is a design demonstration and should not be treated as providing a real salon service, appointment or professional consultation. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes

A real salon should date its terms and should not use website changes to retrospectively alter an already agreed booking or contract.
