Use the booking notes for a quieter appointment or any comfort or access questions you’d like to discuss beforehand.

What happens at the start?
Talk through the service and the finish you have in mind. The service menu explains what is included in each appointment.
Can I change my appointment?
After confirmation, choose “Reschedule appointment”. Your original appointment stays available until you confirm the change. You can also cancel from the confirmation screen.
Can I review the appointment first?
Yes. The final review shows your service, stylist, date, time and price together. You can change any detail before confirming.
Can I ask for styling advice?
Of course. Tell us how you usually wear your hair, and use the booking notes to mention anything you’d like help with.
