Is a haircut included with highlights?

Highlights include toner and a blow-dry. A haircut is a separate service. The review shows exactly what you have selected.

What if I don’t know what to book?

Try the colour consultation if your question is about colour. For a new shape, a cut and finish includes time to discuss your ideas.

Can I request a quieter appointment?

Yes. There is an optional notes field in the booking journey. Use the example as a starting point or write your own preference.

Can I bring inspiration photos?

Absolutely. Bring a few looks you like and tell us what appeals to you about them. We’ll talk through what suits your hair and routine.
