YOUR STAY

All the little
useful details.

Know what’s included, what to bring and how a stay takes shape. More clarity before you arrive, more room to relax when you do.

Settle in from 3 pm.

Arrival from 3 pm and departure by 10 am. Share your expected arrival time when enquiring. Arrival instructions would follow a confirmed booking.

Bring your appetite.

Linen, towels, kitchen essentials, tea and coffee are included. Bring your own food: meals, minibar and restaurant service are not included.

Comfort, without the fuss.

Heating and cooling, indoor seating and private outdoor space in every cabin. Wi-Fi is included; mobile reception can vary in a bush setting.

Room for your people.

River and Forest accommodate two; Hillside accommodates four, including children. No extra beds or unlisted overnight guests.

A quiet shared setting.

Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am. Cabins are smoke-free. Pets are not included in this example stay; discuss assistance-animal requirements before confirming.

Know the approach.

All three cabins have entry steps and uneven outdoor paths. Share access requirements before confirming; do not assume a cabin is step-free.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

A request first.
A clear agreement next.

Your dates are a preference until availability and the booking terms are confirmed.

How does a stay request work?

Choose a cabin, dates and guest count. Review the accommodation estimate and your details. A real host would then confirm availability, the final price and the terms before you agree.

Is payment taken here?

No. This fictional example does not request card details, take a deposit or send a booking. Its final screen explains what would happen next.

What if my plans change?

Ask about the cancellation and change policy before paying for a real stay. This example does not create a contract or promise free cancellation. You can edit your request before finishing.

Can you accommodate access needs?

Read each cabin’s entry details and include any access needs in your notes. A real host would need to discuss the approach, internal layout and bathroom suitability with you.

Can we swim in the river or light a fire?

The images illustrate a setting, not permission to swim or light a fire. Follow local conditions and host guidance. The river is unfenced; supervise children near water.
